Our licence

We hold a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, number OGL/2024/676/0726, to offer games of chance.

Accepting the rules

Opening an account means you accept our General Terms and Conditions. When the rules change, the new version is announced at least two weeks before it applies, and you can stop using our services before that date if you prefer.

Age and identity

You must be 18 or older to sign up and play. We may ask for proof of age at any time, and an account opened by someone under 18 is closed with its winnings removed. At sign-up you give your full name, address, date of birth, e-mail and phone number, and you confirm your mobile number with an SMS code before bonuses become available. We may check your details with identity and age verification services.

One account each

Each person may hold one account, and only one account is allowed per household. Duplicate accounts can be closed and the funds in them kept.

Bonuses

Every bonus has its own playthrough rule, shown in its description. Bonus programs are meant for recreational players, and abuse such as cashing out to redeposit or opening extra accounts can lead to higher rollover or loss of bonus access. Unless a bonus says otherwise, a no-deposit bonus under A$100 pays out at most A$125, and unmet bonus conditions lapse six months after the bonus is redeemed.

Deposits and payouts

Each deposit is played through in full before winnings are paid out. We pay out when the account meets these rules, our anti-money-laundering checks and the game and bonus rules. The way a payout is sent can depend on how you deposited.

Inactive accounts

An account with no deposit, withdrawal or bet for 18 months is treated as dormant. We e-mail you a month before the balance is set to zero.

Your own responsibility

You check the gambling laws of the place where you live and pay any local taxes on your winnings.
