What we collect

Your data lets us process wagers and payments, run your account, meet our legal and regulatory duties, send promotions when you have agreed to receive them, and watch for fraud, money laundering and cheating.

When we share it

We share personal data only with your consent, when it is needed to give you a service you asked for, to answer a legal process, when the site rules have been broken, or to confirm your identity. Your data may be stored on equipment outside your area to provide the service.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, though no transfer over the internet is fully secure. Keep your account ID and password to yourself. Links to other websites are covered by their own privacy rules, so read those before you share anything with them.

E-mails and changes

Account holders receive service e-mails about their account, outages and maintenance. To stop promotional messages, untick them under Manage Subscriptions in your profile settings. To change or correct your details, contact our support team. Before an update we may ask you to confirm who you are.
